7. Power to Impose Restrictions:
7.1 The Authority may, from time to time, by publishing public notices in  a conspicuous manner impose restrictions on physical alteration or fragmentation of any kind of immovable property, located in any planning zone as specified in the notice for such period as sepcified in the notice and for a period not exceeding three years.
7.2 The Authority shall forward to the registration office concerned the notice of the restrictions imposed pursuant to section 7.1.
7.3 In cases where a registration office receives a notice as referred to in sub-section 7.2, it shall not register such immovable property in such manner as to get the property fragmentated.
